Refund Policy

We want you to have the best experience with our products and services, and we do our best to ensure that. However, if you are not satisfied with our services and products, we are there to help you as long as your request meets our Return Policy.

Please read the following return policy before purchasing a product or service through this website carefully.

RETURNS POLICY

  • Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the delivery of the product, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange. I

  • If you want to return or exchange a product for reasons, such as damaged or faulty product, wrong order, and others, you must inform us within 7 days of receiving the product by either calling us at 802-365-1001 or emailing at sales@betterwheelvt.com. If failed to do so, the product will be considered sold and we will not be able to initiate any return or exchange requests.

  • You MUST notify us of the return or exchange via email to sales@betterwheelvt.com before returning ANY product. Please mention the following in the email:

    • Your name

    • Order/invoice number

    • Reason for returning the product/s

    • Whether you would like a refund or exchange

  • Your returned product must arrive at our warehouse no later than 20 working days after you receive it. After this time, we will not be able to accept the order for a refund or exchange.

  • There are limitations to few products that can’t be returned because of hygiene and restocking reasons. However, you can receive a refund or exchange them if they are faulty.

  • You will have to pay for the return postage and packing fees.

  • Please note we only collect returns from the same address to which your product was delivered. If you have returned a product from a location other than the delivered location, you might have to pay additional charges. We strongly recommend that you do not do this and rather, use our returns collection service.

  • Once we receive your product, we will send you a confirmation email to notify you that we have received your returned product.

  • Once your return is inspected for damage and quality, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request. We will refund you the amount by your original payment method.

  • We strongly advise you to check the item thoroughly once received the order and before disposing of the original packaging.

  • Products must be returned in the same condition as received, i.e. undamaged and unused with their original labels and in the same box and packaging.

  • The returned product cost will be refunded excluding the shipping cost.

  • Sale items are final sales and they cannot be returned or exchanged.

CANCELLATION

You can cancel an order within 12 hours after placing it. No cancellations beyond 12 hours will be entertained except for extenuating circumstances (i.e. National Holiday). A canceled order will show a credit to the users’ credit card/bank account. However, refunds will be processed in the form of a credit to their Credit Card / Bank Account within 3-7 business days.

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the product first and then place a new order. You will receive a refund for the original product.

REFUNDS

Once we have received your product, we will refund the amount by your original payment method. Payments may take up to 14 working days to process. Unfortunately, the refund doesn’t include original shipping charges and handling fees.
